We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Veteran visiting schoolCameron Gallagher Foundation
The Foundation strives to be a positive force that works to cultivate awareness and understanding of teenage depression and anxiety. The organization offers free workshops geared toward mental wellness and mindfulness to schools and community groups.

Strengthening Families Program
The Strengthening Families Program is a free program to encourage families with young adolescents to open up the lines of communication. Young people learn communication skills while parents learn helpful information related to adolescent development and setting limits.
